By creating an iPaha account you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business. These terms form a contract between you (the "Operator") and iPaha Ltd ("iPaha").
iPaha provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for barbershop management including online booking, queue management, e-commerce, membership, and analytics tools. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
Depending on your plan, iPaha charges a platform fee on transactions processed through your Stripe Connect account. This fee is deducted at source via Stripe's application_fee_amount mechanism and is shown transparently in your dashboard.
You must not use iPaha to process illegal transactions, violate any applicable laws, attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, or interfere with other tenants' data. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
You are the data controller for your customers' personal data. iPaha acts as data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers and for responding to data subject requests within the required timeframes.
iPaha owns all intellectual property in the platform. You retain ownership of your business data. You grant iPaha a non-exclusive licence to use your logo and business name for platform operation and (with your consent) marketing purposes.
iPaha's total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid in that period. iPaha is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost revenue or data loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
