iPaha Ltd ("iPaha", "we", "us") is a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the iPaha Barbershop OS platform at ipaha.co.uk. Our registered address and Data Protection contact: hello@ipaha.co.uk.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, phone, business details), technical data (IP address, browser, device), usage data (pages visited, features used), and payment data (handled by Stripe — we never store card details). For barbershop end-customers, data is collected and processed on behalf of the barbershop operator (the data controller).
To operate and improve the platform, to process payments, to send service communications (booking confirmations, reminders), to provide customer support, to comply with legal obligations, and — with your consent — to send marketing communications.
We process personal data on the following legal bases: contract performance (to deliver our service), legitimate interests (platform security, fraud prevention), legal obligation (accounting, HMRC compliance), and consent (marketing emails, optional analytics).
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Financial records are retained for 7 years as required by UK law. You may request deletion at any time — see Section 8.
We share data only with: Stripe (payments), Clerk (authentication), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), Cloudinary (file storage), and Vercel (hosting). All processors are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements. We do not sell your data.
We use strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF), functional cookies (preferences), and — with consent — analytics cookies (Google Analytics). You can manage cookie preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise any right, email hello@ipaha.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
