Getting Started

Visit barberos.ipaha.co.uk/signup, enter your business details, choose a plan, and follow the onboarding wizard. Most shops are live within one day. No technical skills are required.

Yes. Stripe Connect is required to accept deposits, process booking payments, and run membership billing. Creating a Stripe account is free and takes around 5 minutes. Funds go directly to your bank account — Barber OS never holds your money.

Yes. You can import customers via CSV. We support direct migration from the most common UK booking tools. Contact our team at hello@ipaha.co.uk and we will assist with the migration at no extra cost.

From your dashboard, go to Team → Add Barber. Enter their name, email, and role. They will receive an invitation email and can set up their own login. Each barber gets their own personal dashboard and booking link.

A booking slot is a pre-scheduled appointment made in advance by the customer. A walk-in queue slot is claimed in real time when a customer arrives or joins the digital queue remotely. Both appear in the same dashboard view.
