Most barbershops are fully set up and live within one day. The onboarding process walks you through connecting your Stripe account, adding your services and barbers, and going live. We also offer a white-glove onboarding call for Professional and Enterprise plans.

Barber OS gives you a complete, branded website on your own domain — not just a booking link. Your customers get a premium online experience with your branding, services, team profiles, shop, and booking system all in one place.

Customers scan a QR code or visit your queue page and join digitally from their phone. They can see their position in real time, and get push or SMS notifications when they're close to being called. You manage the queue from your barber dashboard or the in-shop display screen.

Yes. Every barber gets their own dashboard showing their bookings, earnings, and schedule. You set commission rules (fixed, percentage, or tiered) and Barber OS calculates payroll automatically at the end of each period.

Payments go directly to your bank account via Stripe Connect — Barber OS never holds your money. A small platform fee is automatically deducted at source by Stripe (visible in your dashboard). The fee varies by plan and is shown transparently before you sign up.

Yes. We provide migration support for the most common tools. Your customer data, booking history, and staff details can be imported. Our onboarding team helps you make the switch with zero downtime.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings — no long-term contracts. Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation. You can request a full data export at any time under GDPR.

Absolutely. Barber OS is built from the ground up with GDPR compliance — data consent logs, customer data requests, right-to-erasure, and full audit trails are built into the platform. All data is stored on UK/EU servers.
